Turkey Gulet Charter and the Blue Cruises for Holidays and Vacations

When visiting Turkey one of the best places to go to is the Turkish Riviera, an area that can be visited on a blue cruise for a holiday. In fact a Turkey gulet charter can be used to give people a unique trip around the area. A blue cruise that can be held around Turkey is a type of cruise that involves going along the Turkish Riviera. This is an intriguing area of Turkey that is located on the southwestern end of Turkey. The Turkish Riviera is popular for a variety of amazing attractions that can be seen through a Turkey gulet charter. Blue cruises around here offer stops to ruins of a variety of different ancient areas. Different ancient coves, cities and caves can be visited. In fact the remains of the Mausoleum of Maussollos and the lost city of Halicarnassus can be visited on a trip. Another ancient wonder, the remnants of the Temple of Artemis in the ancient city of Ephesus, can also be visited on a blue cruise. Of course there are many cities around the Turkish Riviera that people can experience when on a charter. The cities of Bodrum, Marmaris and Fethiye are the main cities to visit along the Riviera and are generally the main spots where a gulet charter can originate from. The many coasts and bays around the area are especially impressive places to see. These are areas that are located around the Gulf of Gokova, an area of Turkey that branches out from the Mediterranean Sea. Anchorages for gulets and other types of ships can be found around all of these areas along with various smaller islands that can be found off of the coastline. The gulet is by far the most popular type of charter to use for a holiday or vacation around this area of Turkey. A Turkey gulet charter will feature a traditional type of wooden boat. This is a type of boat that was originated out of the Turkish town of Bodrum. A gulet can be distinguished by its wooden finish and its large extending pole at its front. A series of sails can also be used to distinguish a gulet from other types of ships. A gulet can feature a variety of quality features thanks to the wide body of this type of ship. A gulet will have a large width that works to help with creating a large outdoor space so that people can sunbathe on the deck of the ship. This width also allows for more amenities, including a kitchen, dining room and recreational room to be featured in the interior of the gulet. A typical gulet will be between fifty and 150 feet in length. With this in mind the number of people that can be able to fit into a gulet will vary with a larger gulet fitting more people. This type of ship can fit around six to sixteen people on average with cabins being able to fit two people at a time.
