Corse, which is also known as Corsica, is a beautiful island in the Mediterranean Sea that is officially a region of France. To the south is Bonifacio, a port near Sardinia that features a variety of spots for fishing. The weather can be very calm for a sailing holiday out here. Summer temperatures are very calm but they can reach thirty-five degrees Celsius at some points during the summer. Catamaran and sailboat charters can be rented out along Corse by the day or week. Depending on the type of charter that is being used it can cost about three to five thousand pounds to be able to use a charter for an entire week. Be aware though that in Corse the Euro is the official currency that is used for paying for charters.
